Thanks for playing Zipna! If you have a question, a bug to report, or a suggestion, we’d love to hear from you. Most emails are answered within a few business days.
When reporting a problem, it helps to include:
Put your finger on the number 1 and drag. Your line must pass through the numbers in order — 1, then 2, then 3… — and it must fill every square of the grid. Moves are up, down, left and right; no diagonals. When the last number is reached and no square is left empty, the level is solved.
Those are walls. A wall blocks the way: your line can never cross it, so you have to go around. They appear from level 12 onwards and are what turns a simple route into a real puzzle.
Every grid has exactly one solution, and it can always be deduced — you never have to guess. Two habits help most: start from the corners and dead ends, since a corner square has very few ways in and out, and watch for squares that would become unreachable if you took a given turn. If a region of the board can no longer be entered, that route is wrong.
Yes, in two ways. Slide your finger back along your own line to rewind it as far as you like, or use the Undo button to step back one square at a time. Restart clears the line completely — the grid itself never changes, so nothing is lost.
Yes. Your progress is stored locally on your device and loads automatically each time you open the App. It is removed if you uninstall the App.
Daily challenges unlock once you reach level 13. A new puzzle is then available each day — the same one for every player in the world. Completing every day of a month earns you that month’s medal, shown at the top of the calendar.
It is your day streak: the number of consecutive days on which you have finished at least one puzzle. Miss a day and it starts again from one.
Each chapter of the campaign has its own colour, and the chapter changes when the puzzles do — a bigger grid, or a new mechanic like walls. A new colour means the challenge just moved up. Daily challenges take the colour of their month.
No. The campaign is endless: grids keep growing and varying, and the daily challenge brings a fresh puzzle every single day on top of it.
