Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Split the grid into rectangles, called patches, so that every cell is covered and no two patches overlap. Each patch holds exactly one clue:

Drag from one corner to the opposite corner to draw a patch. Drag from inside a patch to stretch it, and tap a patch to erase it. Level 1 walks you through it step by step.

I drew a patch and nothing happened. Why?

A patch must contain exactly one clue: a rectangle that covers two clues is refused. A patch with the wrong size or shape is accepted, so you can try ideas freely — there are no lives to lose. When the whole grid is covered but something is still wrong, the game tells you: look for a patch whose size or shape does not match its clue.

Do I ever need to guess?

No, never. Every grid has exactly one solution, and a solver checks before the game ships that it can be reached by logic alone. If you are stuck, look for a clue whose patch can only fit one way — often in a corner, along an edge, or squeezed between patches already placed.

What does the light bulb do?

It gives you a hint. If one of your patches is wrong, it fixes that one first. Otherwise it shows the next logical step, and the cells that prove it light up, so the next time you can find it yourself. Tap Apply to place it.

What are the daily puzzles?

Once you reach level 30, a new puzzle is waiting for you every day, from a gentle Monday to a tough Sunday. Solve every puzzle of a month to win its trophy. Everybody gets the same puzzle on the same day.

What is the daily tournament?

From level 10, every level you finish counts in a leaderboard that resets at midnight. Finish in the top three and you win hints and a badge for your collection.

How do I turn off the sound, the vibration or the reminders?

Each one has a switch in Settings, behind the gear icon.

Which language does the game use?

The language of your phone, when it is one of the 17 the game supports; otherwise English.

Does the game need an internet connection?

No. Every level, every daily puzzle and the whole tournament run on your device, and the game is fully playable offline.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored: your progress, your collection and your settings. Nothing is kept on our side — see the Privacy Policy.
