Patchna
Last updated: October 23, 2026
In short: Patchna does not require an account and never asks you for personal information. Your progress stays on your device, and the puzzles work entirely offline. The game is free: the Android version offers optional video ads, shown only when you choose to watch one; the iOS version shows none. The App reports no usage statistics today (a later version may report anonymous ones, as described below) and sells nothing.

1. Who we are

Patchna (the “App”) is a puzzle game published by Blue Arvor (“we”, “us”, the “Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and its service providers handle, and the choices you have.

2. Information the App handles

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera. What is involved is limited to:

The daily tournament is played on your device: the nickname you choose and the opponents you see never leave your phone, and no score is sent to a server. The App only checks whether a connection exists (a name lookup that downloads nothing) to show or hide the tournament.

3. Advertising

The game is free. On Android, it offers rewarded video ads: a video is shown only when you choose to watch one, in exchange for a hint when you have none left, or to double a tournament reward. There are no banners and no ads between levels. These videos are served through Unity LevelPlay, the mediation platform of Unity Technologies, with the ad networks Unity Ads and Google AdMob.

The iOS version currently contains no advertising. A later version may add the same rewarded videos, with the same partners.

Where advertising is active, these partners may collect and process:

Ads are personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and settings. Where consent is required, it is collected with Google’s User Messaging Platform (a consent form certified by Google). For details on how these partners use this data, see the Unity Privacy Policy (which covers LevelPlay and Unity Ads), How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the AdMob data disclosure.

4. Analytics

The version published today reports no usage statistics. A later version may do so, because we want to know where a level is too hard and where players stop — nothing more. The App would then report anonymous events (for example: a level started or completed, a hint used, a tournament result) through an analytics provider such as GameAnalytics or Google Analytics for Firebase. These reports would contain:

We would read these reports as numbers over a whole audience. We do not know who you are, we do not build a profile of you, and we never receive a report tied to your identity. See the GameAnalytics Privacy Notice and Firebase privacy information.

5. Purchases

The App does not sell anything: it has no in-app purchases.

6. Notifications

The App does not require notifications to be played. The optional reminders it offers are generated entirely on your device: no server is involved and no push token is created. You are asked before they are enabled, and you can turn them off at any time in the App’s settings or in your device settings.

7. Your choices & advertising identifiers

8. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for advertising that uses your advertising identifier, including personalized ads, and on our legitimate interests for providing, securing and improving the App, including the anonymous usage statistics described in section 4, and for showing non-personalized ads.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Technical, advertising and usage data, where those services are enabled, is processed by the service providers named above solely to run the features described in this policy. Under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, certain ad-related data sharing may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising; you may opt out via the controls in section 7.

10. Children

Patchna is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the App is made available to children, any advertising is configured to serve only non-personalized ads in line with applicable requirements (e.g. Google Families policies and Apple’s Kids guidelines). If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data retention & security

On-device game data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data handled by our service providers, where they are enabled, is retained according to their own policies, after which only aggregated figures remain. We use industry-standard measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

14. Third-party stores

The App is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, which may collect data as described in their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised “Last updated” date.
