Privacy Policy

Pingdoku
Last updated: September 15, 2026
In short: Pingdoku does not require an account and never asks you for personal information. Your progress stays on your device. The game is free; future versions may show advertising and report anonymous usage and crash data, which are described below so this policy does not change under your feet.

1. Who we are

Pingdoku (the “App”) is a puzzle game published by Blue Arvor (“we”, “us”, the “Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and its service providers handle, and the choices you have.

2. Information the App handles

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera. What is involved is limited to:

3. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising. To serve, cap and measure ads we use Google AdMob (and, where applicable, its mediation partners). Depending on the version of the App you have installed, advertising may not be active yet; where it is, these partners may collect and process:

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and settings. For details on how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the AdMob data disclosure.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

We want to know where a level is too hard, where players stop, and what crashes — nothing more. For that the App reports anonymous events (for example: a level started, a level completed, a hint used) and technical crash reports, through Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and, where enabled, GameAnalytics. These reports contain:

We read these reports as numbers over a whole audience. We do not know who you are, we do not build a profile of you, and we never receive a report tied to your identity. Depending on the version of the App installed, some of these services may not be active yet.

5. Purchases

The App does not sell anything: it has no in-app purchases.

6. Notifications

The App does not require notifications to be played. Where a version offers optional reminders, they are generated entirely on your device: no server is involved and no push token is created. You are asked before they are enabled and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

7. Your choices & advertising identifiers

8. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising and for analytics that are not strictly necessary, and on our legitimate interests for providing, securing and improving the App, for crash reporting and for showing non-personalized ads.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Technical, advertising and usage data is processed by the service providers named above solely to run the features described in this policy. Under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, certain ad-related data sharing may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising; you may opt out via the controls in section 7.

10. Children

Pingdoku is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the App is made available to children, advertising is configured to serve only non-personalized ads in line with applicable requirements (e.g. Google Families policies and Apple’s Kids guidelines). If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data retention & security

On-device game data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data handled by our service providers is retained according to their own policies — Firebase and GameAnalytics retain event data for a limited period, after which only aggregated figures remain. We use industry-standard measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

14. Third-party stores

The App is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, which may collect data as described in their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised “Last updated” date.
