When reporting a problem, it helps to include:
Drag a block toward the door of its own colour on the edge of the board. When it reaches the door, it leaves and frees the space behind it. Clear every block before the clock runs out.
Something is in its way. A block only slides in a straight line, and it needs a clear path all the way to its door. When a board feels stuck, the question is rarely “which block do I want to move” but which block has to move first to open the road for the others.
No. Levels are never taken away from you: you can start the same board again straight away, as many times as you like.
Yes — every one of them. Each board is built by a generator and then checked by a solver before it ships, so a solution always exists. If a level ever looks impossible to you, it is a puzzle, not a dead end — and we would still like to hear about it.
Coins are the in-game currency. You earn them by playing, and you can spend them on help when a board resists. Coin packs can also be bought from the Shop, which you reach from the coin counter at the top of the level screen.
First, reopen the app. A purchase that was paid but not delivered — because the app closed or the network dropped at the wrong moment — is replayed by the store the next time the game starts, and the coins are credited then. If they are still missing after that, email us with the receipt from Apple or Google and we will sort it out.
Coin packs are consumable purchases: they are spent inside the game, so neither Apple nor Google can restore them on another device. Your balance and progress live on the device where you play.
Open Settings from the gear icon, and pick a language from the list. The first entry, Default, follows the language of your phone.
Both have a switch in Settings. On Android the volume keys also control the game’s own sound rather than your ringtone.
No. Every level is on your device and the game is fully playable offline. A connection is only used for advertising and for buying coins.
Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored: your progress, your coins and your settings. Nothing is kept on our side — see the Privacy Policy.
