When reporting a problem, it helps to include:
Tap a column to drop your tile onto the 7×7 grid. A tile clears when its number equals how many tiles are lined up with it — in a horizontal row or a vertical column (for example, a “3” pops when it sits in a line of exactly three tiles). Falling tiles form new lines, which triggers cascades and chain reactions. Clear the whole board for a big bonus.
Grey tiles hide a number. Each time a tile pops right next to a grey tile, it takes a hit: the first hit cracks it, and the second reveals the number so it can join the action.
There are four: Normal (the classic), Blitz (fast rising rows), Sequence (the same tiles every game, for fair comparison) and Hardcore (more mystery tiles and brutal rises).
Yes. Your best scores and preferences are stored locally on your device and load automatically each time you open the App. They are removed if you uninstall the App, or you can clear them with “Reset all scores” in the settings.
No account is required, and Drop 7 Tribute can be played fully offline.
A tile pops as soon as its number matches the length of its row or its column — and grey mystery tiles count toward that length even though their value is hidden. Watch the highlighted line flash just before it clears.
Tap “Replay” on the game-over screen to play again, or the close button (top-left) to return to the menu and pick another mode.
