Bloomna (the “App”) is a puzzle game published by Blue Arvor (“we”, “us”, the “Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and its service providers handle, and the choices you have.
The App does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera. The information involved is limited to:
The App offers rewarded ads: an optional short video you may choose to watch in exchange for a hint. To serve, cap and measure these ads, we use Google AdMob (and, where applicable, its mediation partners). These partners may collect and process:

The App does not include an analytics or crash-reporting service. We do not build usage profiles and we receive no report of how you play. Should this change in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
The App can send you optional reminders (for example, that your daily challenge is waiting). These notifications are generated entirely on your device — no server is involved, no push token is created, and no data leaves your phone to produce them. You are asked before they are enabled, and you can turn them off at any time in the App’s settings or in your device settings.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on our legitimate interests for providing, securing and improving the App and for showing non-personalized ads.
We do not sell your personal information. Technical and advertising data is processed by the service provider named above solely to run the features described in this policy. Under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, certain ad-related data sharing may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising; you may opt out via the controls in section 6.
Bloomna is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the App is made available to children, advertising is configured to serve only non-personalized ads in line with applicable requirements (e.g. Google Families policies and Apple’s Kids guidelines). If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
On-device game data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data handled by our service provider is retained according to its own policies. We use industry-standard measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
